New Garden City Project

PREDESIGN executed construction and finishing works within New Garden City, a landmark residential development owned by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), located in the R05 district of the New Administrative Capital.
The project reflects a high-end residential concept inspired by classical European architecture, requiring precision execution and strict adherence to governmental technical standards.
In addition, PREDESIGN contributed to works at Building 113 – North Lotus, Second District, Fifth Settlement, further strengthening its portfolio across strategic locations in New Cairo and the New Capital.
